Parker Agency was created in 2000 as a Security Consulting Company and later expanded into Bail Enforcement, Private Investigations and Security.
We are locally owned and operated in the Stillwater area but, service all of Oklahoma. We provide our service in Oklahoma only.

Today we are located in Stillwater, Oklahoma after relocating to the Stillwater area in 2004. Providing Bail Enforcement, Private Investigations and Security Services.
The Parker Agency is owned and operated by Kacie S. Parker. Ms. Parker has over 12 years experience in Military Law Enforcement and over six years experience in Private Security.
The Parker Agency today leads the way in non-lethal tactics in Private Security and Fugitive Recovery. We provide Fugitive Recovery in Oklahoma to Licensed Bondsmen/women and Courts only through our Private Investigation Division.
Each of our Agents/Officers receive Oklahoma State approved Private Security Phase I & II training. Oklahoma State approved Taser/Stun Gun training and Basic Self Defense Martial Arts training.
All of our Agents/Officers who work in the Private Investigation and Fugitive Recovery Division receives Oklahoma State approved Private Security Phase III and is licensed as a Private Investigator in the State of Oklahoma.
Each Agent employed by The Parker Agency is individually bonded through an Oklahoma State Licensed Insurance or Bonding Agent or Company.
Our Agents are trained in non-lethal force as well as all current Federal, State and Local Laws. Each of our Agents is issued a photo ID and a Badge. Our Agents operate with in Federal, State and Local laws and when needed will work with County and Local Police.
**Every employee of the Parker Agency is trained and certified in CPR/First Aid/AED.

Our Fugitive Recovery Service and Agents operate under U.S. Supreme Court, Taylor vs Tanitor and Oklahoma Title 59, Section 1759.1 et. seq of the Oklahoma Statutes.. Interference with an investigation and capture of a wanted fugitive or with holding information constitutes “aiding and betting of a known fugitive” which is a Felony in Oklahoma and carries a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years imprisonment.
Each Agent/Officer is fully bonded individually and fully licensed through the State when required by State Law.
